Dalton, a Big "I" crop insurance agent from Iowa, testified today on behalf of the Big "I" before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture Subcommittee on General Farm Commodities and Risk Management in a hearing regarding the current state of the federal crop insurance program.
